Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Popix, we strive to provide high-quality popping pearls and related products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our items, we have a limited returns and exchanges policy to ensure food safety and freshness. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong flavor), you may request a refund or replacement.
  • Unopened Items: Non-perishable items (e.g., accessories or equipment) may be returned if unopened and in original packaging.
  • Time Frame: All requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Note: Opened or consumed popping pearls and other food items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons. This helps maintain the quality and integrity of our products for all customers.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@Popix.Fun within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable (e.g., for damaged items).
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions, including a return shipping label if approved (we cover return shipping for defective items).
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or send a replacement within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error). For exchanges, we'll ship the new item at no additional cost.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods like popping boba, syrups, or teas (unless damaged on arrival).
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or clearance.
  • Gift cards or digital products.

If you receive a wrong item, we'll gladly exchange it or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

For non-defective returns of eligible items (e.g., equipment), a 15% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and processing.
