At Popix, we aim to get your popping pearls and accessories to you quickly and safely. We ship from our US-based warehouse and use reliable carriers to ensure freshness. Please review the details below for processing times, shipping options, and more.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods or high demand, this may extend to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following options for Canada domestic shipping:

  • 0$ - Free Expedited (1-3 Day): Depending location across Canada.

Shipping carriers include Loomis Express and Canpar Express. Free Expedited shipping applies to all contiguous Canadian orders.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times vary by location:

  • East coast - Expedited: 1-3 business days for Canada.
  • West coast - Expedited: 2-5 business days for BC, AB, SK provinces.
  • Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Perishable items like popping pearls are shipped with care to maintain quality.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number sent via email upon shipment. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website (Loomis Express or Canpar Express). If you don't receive your tracking info within 3 business days, contact us.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries (e.g., United States, UK, Australia). Rates start at $20 and vary by destination and weight - calculated at checkout. Delivery times are 7-14 business days, plus any customs delays. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Note: Due to perishability, some items may not be eligible for international shipment.

Address Changes and Undeliverable Packages

If you enter an incorrect address, contact us immediately. Changes after shipment may incur fees. Undeliverable packages returned to us will be reshipped at the customer's expense, or refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
